We’re excited to announce the launch of our new project Hope VR Spaces on Sunday 28th March 2021.
Hope VR Spaces is an awe-inspiring virtual space that offers the possibility of an accessible gallery, exhibition and event spaces limited only by the imagination. Designed as a slick walk-through interactive experience, the space will continue to evolve with new areas, art and collections, to engage and inspire.
Created from the dreams and innovation of the Brum Community Media team and Taran3D, Hope VR Spaces, was a response to the restrictions of the pandemic and the team’s desire to ‘take people to places that they couldn’t really go’.
This unique interactive space launches with its inaugural showcase Hope VR Spaces: Together we can… build an art gallery on 28th March 2021. Curated by Birmingham artist and BCM Member Mark Roberts, the showcase brings together a diverse selection of regional creatives.
Together we can… build an art gallery showcases stunning work from artists including mixed-media artist JLF (Jason Fullwood), Kathryn Sawbridge a multi-disciplinary artist with a background in photography and fine art, Elaine Mackie who will be exhibiting her digital art and Leigh Whurr, one of Birmingham’s up and coming surrealist artists.
We are so pleased to be able to bring Hope VR Spaces: Together we can… build an art gallery to you all, celebrating a truly diverse collection of artists from across Birmingham, the Midlands and beyond.
Join us from 28th March to immerse yourself in Hope VR Spaces: Together we can… build an art gallery
